All Natural Cleaning Services

For sanitation concerns we do not carry a toilet brush from one house to the next. Please leave a toilet brush by at least one toilet in your home.

Please do not leave a note to staff for special cleaning assignments. Please call our office first so that we may schedule additional time.

We allot a one hour window. Cleaners may arrive up to one hour before or one hour after your scheduled appointment.

If you fail to cancel your appointment 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment, or cleaners arrive and can’t get into the house, you forfeit your cleaning appointment. Clients are responsible for cancelling and rescheduling their own appointments.

If an item is damaged, please report it promptly.

Please leave your pets outside or in a room on your cleaning day. It’s a lot easier to clean the house without the cat chasing the mop or having the dog freak out when the vacuum cleaner is turned on. Also your home is much cleaner when you arrive.

Payment is due at the time of booking for single appointments. For contract appointments, payments will be charged to your credit card once a month.

Please note that our cleaners can’t clean efficiently if the house is cluttered. It is expected that clients will “straighten” up before we come so that we can “clean” up.

Due to the nature of our service, refunds are not given to customers. If you call within 24 hours to register a complaint, we will come back to resolve the issue at our next available appointment.
